Actually, there are many mistakes and grammatical errors in your English, so that sometimes I felt confuse and I must read your answer many times so that I could understand what you meant. Because of that, I feel sorry if I bother you, disturb everyone and Kusuda-san because I always asking. I do this to confirm your answer so that I will not do something wrong. But I really valued your effort to help me. Thank you very much! If you do not mind, actually what country are you from?

I have followed all of your method to access and hear Kusuda-san痴 Live Cast, but I still face some troubles.
This is for first method:

WindowsMedia Player starts, and broadcast begins.
You "file" it and I "name it and click it in order of a save", and please store a file to your PC. You can hear broadcast anytime by doing so it.

I have accessed that URL and have clicked "番組を聴ぎ". After I clicked it, there was not Windows Media Player started, but there was a dialog box which offered 3 choices: 鉄ave?, 徹pen?, or 鼎ancel?. I chose 鉄ave?, and that file was downloaded to my PC with the name 殿llok?. After it saved, I tried to open it but it wasn稚 Windows Media Player appeared, but it was Winamp( Winamp is such a program to play songs). After that, it stopped there and nothing happened. Where is the Live Cast? Why I downloaded Winamp? So far I feel confuse.

For second method, I also face some troubles:

The problem in this second method is I don稚 have QuickTime and I also don稚 know how to download it although I have accessed the site to get free download.

Other problem which also need attention is although I have accessed the Live Cast in Friday at 22.00 pm (In Indonesia is 20.00 pm), I still could not press the play button (which shape is triangle) in the Live Cast site (This button is located beside the word "番組を聴ぎ".). Some fans ever told me that the play button could not be pressed if there was not broadcast. Play button could only be pressed if there was a broadcast. But why I can not press it whether there was a broadcast or not? I feel confuse again.

About fan letter, will it be definitely read by Kusuda-san?

And then, what is the difference between add comment or message in this BBS and in Kusuda-san痴 radioshow (kimurakusuda@target-ent.com)? Is Kusuda-san ever replying it?

QuickTime is required in order for you to listen to radio. In order for you to download, please push the button of "Upgrade Now" by http://www.apple.com/quicktime/. Then, QuickTime will download to your PC.
And Windows Media Player is required in order for you to hear re-broadcast. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.mspx -- please download from this site.

Since you understand the method of preservation re-broadcast, please save a file on the page of re-broadcast once again after starting Windows Media Player in your PC.

Since I am a Japanese, in order to translate Japanese into English, I use translation service of Yahoo! or infoseek.(It translated by @nifty this time.) Although the translated text is copied as it is, if the mistake on grammar etc. still occurs, it may be that a mistake is in the text which I created first.

I guess you just need to update your WMP. Your PC needs to have the latest version of WMP9 in order to load the file.
I am also a Japanese fangirl of Kusuda-san, but living in the US & able to understand English.
Kusuda-san does read all the postings here and every single fan-letter mailed to his office. BUT I'm afraid to say that your post might be too long... to be honest.
You may want to write a lot, then you'd better write a letter rather than post here. This BBS is for short message or quick comments on his work (e.g. his latest CD, radio, or updates of his diary). The emails to the radioshow is for live communications of the show, so it is not for personal fan-letter to Kusuda-san.
He loves to hear from fans but you shouldn't expect replies one-by-one. He is working hard, so too busy to reply to each letter. We, his fans should consider all his works (Animes, CDs, shows, everything) ARE his responce to us. Also, this website itself is his great message to us. Okay?
Since I would not like to make this post too long (it's already too long :P), plz feel free to email me if you have more Qs.

私はテクニカルなことはわからないんですが、彼女の問題は、単にWMPのバージョンが古いとかではないのですかね？私は聞けたので、海外からアクセスできないということはないようですし。

楠田さんが、おいしいうなぎが食べられるよう、みんなでＣＤを買って、オリコンランキング上位を目指そうという話になっていますよね。
こうなったらみんなで徹底的にやって１位を目指そう！！という作戦なのですが、よりカウント数に入るようにするには、どのようにすればいいのかわかりません。
貢献しようにも、買えば買っただけカウントされるとは限りませんよね？？
私は、オリコンのシステムについてあまりよく知らないので、そこのところがよくわからないのです・・・。

なので、その事について何か知っている方がいらっしゃれば情報をよせていただきたいのです！！
質問内容を箇条書きに書かせていただきますと。

・どこのお店でも対応しているのでしょうか。（アニメイトではダメだとか聞きましたけど？）
・一つのお店で数枚購入する場合はその枚数分カウントされるのでしょうか。
・もし一つのお店でも大丈夫だとしたら、予約を別々に分けるなり、名前を変えるなどした方がいいのでしょうか。

・購入は前日にフラゲでもカウントされるのでしょうか。（いつ買うのがベストなのでしょうか？）
・一つのお店にした場合、会計も別々にした方がいいのでしょうか。

などといった疑問点があります。
もし、どなたか何か一つでもご存知でしたら情報を提供していただきたいと思っています。

発売日に迫ってきていて今更なので申し訳ないのですが、タイトルが未発表なので、まだ予約をされていない方も大勢いるかと思われますので、まだ間に合いますよね？！
購入するなら、よりカウントされるやり方の方がいいですし！！

私もあまり詳しいことは知りませんが、

・オリコンは月曜日～日曜日までの週間で集計。
・アニメイトも調査対象協力店に入っている。

というのだけは知ってます。

宍戸さんシングルは確か水曜日発売でしたよね？
アニメイトは前日発売もあるとして火曜からと
考えると、結構発売日は良い感じな気がします。
それから、一応アニメイトも対象協力店に
なりますが地方とか小さな店舗だとダメかも？
心配なら調査協力店かどうかのシールがたぶん
あるはずなので、そういうところで購入すると
良いかもしれません＞＜

　ランキング操作を防ぐために一度に大量に買うと何枚買っても一枚に集計される場合があります。同じ店で買う場合は少し時間おいてください。

確実を狙うのであれば

・TOWER RECORDS
・HMV
・新星堂

が有力だと思います。ご存じかもしれませんがTOWER RECORDSはｵﾘｺﾝとは別にJ-CDという物をしていてｱﾆﾒなどはあまりありませんのでこちらの方が音楽ﾌｧﾝから見て正しいとも言われます。

ある意味ここにランクインしたらすごい。
CDTVは有線も含まれる、ｱﾆﾒはなるべく下げる、のでｵﾘｺﾝ順位とは関係ありません。

ｱﾆﾒｲﾄ、加盟店だったんですね!!!!知りませんでした;;;;;
ですがやはり狙うのでしたらｱﾆﾒｲﾄより上記がよろしいかと。
イベント参加はｱﾆﾒｲﾄ取扱いではなくなってるから。というのが理由です。関係ないかもしれませんが。

私は、１つの店（オリコン協力店を調べたところ、近場で該当店が１件しかなかったもので・・・）で４枚予約をしてきました。
会計を１枚ずつ別々にお願いしたら、ちゃんとカウントされると店員さんに聞いたので安心ですｖ
やはり一度に×枚数だと１枚の扱いにしかならないみたいなので、そこは注意が必要ですね！！
努力が無駄になってしまうのは悲しいですから・・・。

タイトルも発表されて、ラジプリでも流れたことですし、ＣＤが手に入るまで、あとちょっとの辛抱ですね♪
結果が楽しみでわくわくドキドキします☆
